From Design to Functional Prototype
We utilize different 3D printing technologies to create RTV Silicone Molds. These molds can typically produce up to 25 urethane cast parts that look and feel of high quality production parts. We carry a wide range of urethane resins that mimic a variety of injection molding resins.
PRODUCTION:
From Prototype to Production
Our Rapid Cast process is the best low cost option for low to medium volume production. It is also good option for bridging the gap between prototyping and high volume injection molding without all the limitation and cost of hard tooling. Parts can be cast in all different textures, colors and durometers. From soft rubber parts to rigid optically clear parts and everything in between.
